All software is delivered by internet download. You may want to save the install file on a CD or flash drive for backup purposes. We ship your license via email usually within 1 business day.  Your downloaded Trial Version is then converted into the Full Feature version with the license file.   You will need to install OCP Trial Version before you install the OCP license you receive through email.

Support & Upgrade Policy:
Your purchase includes a minimum of one year of software support and updates.  Updates are obtained by downloading the current trial version.  Your license will operate with updated trial versions of the same program.

Return Policy:
The OCP Trial version is made available to those wishing to evaluate the software before purchase.  Should the trial version not be adequate for an evaluation email us to request a full featured timed evaluation license.   We feel this method will demonstrate how well OCP will perform eliminating the reasons for returning software after a license purchase.

* The workstation Registration code is tied to the name of your PC.  You can use the provided license with upgraded hardware or on a new PC with the same workstation name.
